We celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary on Monday!! For part of our celebration we tucked the kids into bed a little early and watched the video of our wedding and reception. How fun to see all people and remember the message that was giving to us from our pastor at the time. He talked about building your life and marriage on the rock, not the sand. It was a great reminder of where we always want to be building our household and love for eachother but God MUST be at the center of it ALL. We have had a wonderful life together. We have had our ups and downs but we have leaned on the Rock when things got tough and through the times of joy as well. As we watch the video, we saw people who are with our Heavenly Father, people who were not married who are married, friends with families, families that have grown up, and the love which we are surrounded by on a daily bases. We are so fortunate to have such a great group of friends and family behind us!! I found some old photos, they are not the best quality, but I thought that you would enjoy them. Dave and I are in love more than the day we were married, we love being a couple and raising a family together. God truly brought us together! He is a blessing in my life. Oh, how we have changed over 7 years, we have grown stronger in our faith and love. We have two kids now that we are raising, and bringing them up to know the Lord as well. We have a grand life and we would not change it for the world, we love the stage that we are in right now! We look forward to what is ahead, what God has planned for the two of us.
