week 34
ok...so I know that the countdown is on but I am ready!!! We are at week 34, which there are 40 weeks in a full term pregnancy. They say that the baby is ok to come any time after your 36th week. The lungs and heart are strong enough for the baby to be out of the womb. I am starting to get very uncomfortable and ready to go now. I know the other moms out there understand what I am saying!
I am just very happy that I have such a great husband. The other night he had to massage my back for a long time to get a big kink out of it. He is very helpful around the house and great with Mykala when it is hard for me to lift her. She always seems to want to be held and the tummy seems to get in the way. She has also been a trooper with every thing. The other day we were playing on the floor with her legos and I had to get up, probably to go to the bathroom and she grabbed me hand and tried to pull me up!
So at this point we just wait and start to pack our bags for the hospital. The day will be here before I know it where we will be heading to the hospital to welcome a new life into the world. Then a new challenge, like no sleep will present it self!!
